To generate a new video, click on “+Create video”.

The following screen will automatically open, containing the mandatory and optional fields to fill in:

  • In “Site”, select the website you want to work on. If no site is available, you must first add one under Settings > Sites.

  • In “Video Title”, enter the title you want to assign to the video. Use a descriptive and engaging title, considering the optimal length for the target platform. If publishing on YouTube, we recommend also selecting the “Suggest Titles” option, which generates a series of title suggestions with high CTR potential.

  • In “Language”, select the reference language from the dropdown menu. This will affect the video’s audio and narration, generated text and subtitles, and content localization.

  • In “Video Voice”, choose a male or female voice. You can listen to a preview of the selected voice before finalizing.

  • In “Video Length”, specify the duration in seconds for the video you want to generate. Maximum 600 seconds for standard videos and maximum 90 seconds for reels.

  • In “Video Format”, select the horizontal option for YouTube, websites, presentations, and desktop content. Select the vertical option for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Reels.

  • In “Template”, choose an existing template created under Settings > Sites > Video Template. Templates are a great tool to create videos with a consistent style. You can also include CTAs (e.g., subscribe to the channel, like, etc.) to help grow the channel and increase the video’s visibility on YouTube.

  • In “Video Tone”, select the style in which the video text should be written. There are over 40 styles available.

  • In “Choose Source”, select one of the three options available in the dropdown menu:


    Link to an article: enter the URL of an online content source.

    Article created on the platform: enter the title of content generated on AuthorEvo.
    Enter text and title manually: enter the content title and fill in the “Text” box.

    Insert video script directly: insert the text of the script of the video

Optional features, especially useful if you want to publish the video on YouTube:

  • “Show Subtitles” – enabling this feature will display the text spoken at that moment in the video as subtitles.

  • “Generate Cover” – a cover image will be created for the video, designed to generate a high CTR.

  • “Generate Description” – allows you to create an engaging description rich in keywords that encourages viewers to watch the video.

  • “Suggest Titles for video” – a very useful feature to generate YouTube titles with a high potential for CTR.

  • “Video Script Moderation” – this feature is highly recommended as it allows you to review the video text and, if necessary, modify or regenerate it.

After completing both the mandatory and optional parameters, click the “Start Video Creation” button to begin the rendering process.

Processing time varies depending on the video length. Longer videos require more processing time. Typically, it takes about 2 minutes per minute of video.

If video text moderation has been enabled, there will be an additional step for reviewing and approving/modifying the video text.

FILTERS

To search for an already generated video, you can filter by:

  • Author: by selecting the author who created the content.

  • Search: by searching for video title.
