The “Users” section allows you to manage members of the editorial team, assigning specific permissions for managing content on one or more websites. This feature allows you to create an organized system of collaborators with controlled access.
Clicking on “+Add user” will open the form for entering personal data.


In “Name” enter the user's legal name.
In “Surname” enter the user's full last name.
In “Email,” enter a valid and active email address that is unique in the system.
In “Sites the user can manage” select one or more websites from the available list. The user will only have access to the specified sites. Multiple permissions can be assigned at the same time.
